I’ve always been curious about the ideas that shape us—the DNA that contributes to our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors.

I spent the first part of my career helping companies uncover what made them unique and putting it into words—externally, through branding, marketing and content, and internally, by aligning teams around a shared vision. I helped leaders clarify their mission, refine their strategy and set their sights on a north star, ensuring every person in the organization was thinking and talking about the company and their customer in a consistent way.

In 2014, I was fortunate to experience executive coaching as part of a leadership team working through a transition. Through coaching, I saw the power of stepping back, examining my motivations and blind spots, and making small but significant shifts—changes that transformed how I showed up as a leader, a colleague and a woman.

When I decided to pivot from focusing on brands to focusing on people, I wanted more than anecdotal success to prove coaching worked—I wanted to understand the science behind the process, the psychology of change and the frameworks that make transformation stick. My goal was to create a repeatable, evidence-based approach that would help leaders make meaningful, lasting shifts with ripple effects far beyond the office.

I enrolled at Columbia University and completed their Advanced Coaching Certification Program, studying research in behavioral psychology, transformational learning and leadership and organizational development. In working with clients, I developed my own coaching methodology designed to help leaders cut through the noise, refine their decision-making and build personalized blueprints to achieve their goals and find sustainable success.

It’s a privilege to partner with founders, senior leaders and high-achieving professionals as they navigate complexity, scale their impact and balance ambition with well-being. I consider it a tremendous honor to serve as a thought partner—helping my clients do the deep work, challenge assumptions and bring bold ideas to life

Whether you’re reshaping your leadership, navigating a transition or forging a new path forward, I am here to support you. If you are interested in learning more about how we might work together, reach out and let’s talk.
